For more complicated LAN and WAN systems, our technicians can usually fix the problem without leaving our Help Desk site by connecting to your system using software such as PC Anywhere. Of course, if the problem warrants it, we do make office calls.

The Help Desk is available either on a per-call basis, or on an annual maintenance contract. With our iLAN technicians standing by, the inevitable system crash or software error message no longer has to bring your company to its knees.
