NetEQuality LiteNetEQuality Lite is based on the exciting new NetVoyant product. The statement of work is identical to NetEQuality except it is limited to 20 IP addresses. NetEQuality uses a rack mount server, Server 2000 operating system and NetScreen 5 firewall located at the customer site that is connected to the 24 x 7 iLAN Network Operation Center. The iLAN NOC provides NetVoyant setup and maintenance, triages alarms, provides daily and monthly reports and technical assistance. NetEQuality Lite costs $1395/per month. There is a $1500 setup fee. At the end of 12 months service the customer may purchase the hardware, NetVoyant Lite software and Netscreen firewall for a single payment of $1395. |
